How do we promise you good quality pumps?

You might think there are a bunch of beauty pump providers out there; why should I choose Shero's pumps. Today, We are going to tell you the benefits of choosing us as your beauty pump provider!

All the pumps we provide have been through strict Quality Control. Our Quality Control department has a special system for testing the pumps and see if they reach the standard. If there is one under the standard, our Quality Control department members abandon it right away. This is why Shero can always provide high-quality pumps. Step 1

Size Measurement
Our QC team checks each pump's size. All the pumps should follow the specification we provide.

Step 2

Suction Test
At this step, each pump has to pass the suction test with a value≦-140mmHg for 3 times.

Step 3

New Pump Spray Out
The QC team tests each pump by real spray out within 8 strokes with a 100mm length dip tube.

Step 4

Output Remaining Ingredient In Pump
The volume range for each test is controlled within 200µl±10%, and each dosage ≦0.6g.

Step 5

Prime Out & Life Cycle Test
All the pumps need to pass the 200 non-stop stroke test. In addition, they also have to pass a 5000 times stroke test for being a qualified beauty pump.

Step 6

Actuate Force(press down 5mm) Separation Force Between Pump & Actuator
The standard of our tolerant range for the actuating force and separation force between pump & actuator is 1.6kg±0.3 and ≧1kg.

Step 7

Jump Threat Test, Remove Torque Force For 8KG
The QC team tests the pumps with 8KG's force to ensure the pumps won't easily separate from the bottle.

Step 8

Vacuum Test
Our QC team tests all the pumps with a vacuum -630mmHg for ≧5mins to see if the liquid leak.

Step 9

Condition Test
The QC team puts the pumps under 50℃ for 8 hours and under 0℃ for 8 hours and takes two turns to make sure the pumps function well in different conditions.

Step 10

Spraying Angle
Shero Cosmetics guarantees all the pumps we provide can make a spray with an angle between 30°~80°.
