STEP 1 IQC

Incoming Quality Control

Every ingredient and raw material undergoes thorough testing to verify purity, potency, and adherence to specifications. This includes assessing the appearance, odour, and physical characteristics to ensure they meet our high standards.
Regular checks are conducted on all equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition, preventing contamination or errors during production.

STEP 2 IPQC

In-Process Quality Control

Real-time monitoring of production processes is conducted to ensure products maintain consistent quality. This includes checking the product’s appearance, pH levels, and consistency to ensure they meet established quality parameters.
Any necessary adjustments are made immediately to correct deviations, ensuring uniformity and adherence to our quality standards throughout the production process.

STEP 3 PQC

Process Quality Control

A detailed evaluation of the product’s sensory attributes such as appearance, smell, and texture is performed. This ensures that the product not only meets safety and efficacy standards but also provides a pleasant user experience.
Various physical tests, including stability and compatibility tests, are conducted to ensure the product performs well under different conditions.
Advanced microbial detection methods are used to ensure the product is free from harmful microorganisms, safeguarding consumer health.

STEP 4 Filling & Packaging QC

Each product’s final weight is confirmed, and checks are performed to ensure the packaging is airtight and properly sealed, preventing contamination and preserving product integrity.
Accurate date marking is essential for traceability and ensuring the product’s shelf life is clearly communicated to consumers.

STEP 5 FQC

Final Quality Control

A comprehensive inspection of the final product is conducted to verify that it meets all quality standards and customer specifications. This includes checking the product’s appearance, confirming the date marking on the packaging, and conducting final microbial detection tests to ensure the product is safe for use.
