German Chamomile

German chamomile is also known as Matricaria Recutita. Matricaria in Latin means mother. From its meaning, we could know German Chamomile is good for females! It belongs to the Asteraceae/Compositae family. It is a tiny daisy-like flower with bright yellow centers and white collars. It smells like sweet straw.
